Terms of Service
Last updated: 1 March 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Candly. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any organisation you represent.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
You agree to send only messages that recipients have consented to receive, and to comply with all applicable laws and the rules of each messaging channel — including anti-spam, telecoms and data-protection regulations.
You may not use Candly to send unlawful, deceptive, harmful or infringing content, or to circumvent rate limits and channel policies.
Fees and billing
Subscription fees and per-message rates are billed as described on our pricing page. Message charges reflect pass-through delivery costs and are non-refundable once a message is sent.
Service availability
We aim to keep Candly available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may update, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Candly is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from message delivery delays or failures on third-party networks.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the platform ends and you may export your data within a reasonable window.
